What is one of the most common trait associated with an army personnel? They are disciplined. They are stickler for rules, highly punctual and follow a very structured everyday schedule.
What about business tycoons? They have organized scheduled which they follow to the second in order to meet the demanding ask from each hectic day of their lives.
Why do these people adhere to a schedule?
When faced with carrying out multiple tasks of varying nature, a schedule helps in keeping track of what’s coming up so that people can be prepared beforehand and do not miss any critical tasks. These schedules help them organize their valuable time and help them maintain sanity by giving a particular structure to an otherwise unstructured day.
